Eric Gill

Saturday 26 November until 24 December 2011

Eric Gill leads this festive exhibition supported by some of the gallery’s favourite artists, including Clare Crouchman, Mark Demsteader, Anita Klein, John Piper, Trevor Price, Kathy Ramsay Carr and Fran Spencer, with bronze sculptures by Philip Hearsey.

Eric Gill was one of the most colourful figures in early 20th century art and renowned for his unequalled clarity of line that has made his work so sought after, Gill’s subject matter swung between the deeply religious and the highly erotic, a direct echo of his eccentric life.

Opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm

Entry is free and all work is for sale.

Please ask about ‘Own Art’ interest free loans.

If you would like to be sent an invitation to this event, please don't hesitate to
contact the gallery on 01285 644990 or email:  Julie
