| Fran
graduated from the University of Gloucestershire
in 1998 and has recently completed an MA at University
College Falmouth. She has exhibited her work widely
in the UK and abroad. Commissioned work includes
Hall & Partners Market Research New York,
Nuffield Hospital in Cheltenham, Gloucester Royal
Hospital and AON Insurance, London.
‘My inspiration is
derived from nature and my intention is to describe
exterior space through colour, brushwork and composition.
I would like the paintings to capture the drama
and energy of the elemental forces. My aim is
to portray a form of escapism to the viewer by
bringing exterior space inside to convey a window
of contrast or calm in the high tech environment
that we live in today.
